APPLICATION & DOSAGE:
Dymzol Vaginal tablets should be Inserted preferably at night before sleep into the vagina as deep as possible.
INDICATIONS:
Infections of the genital region (vaginitis) and infectious vaginal discharge caused by fungi (usually Candida), trichomonads and super infections caused by Clotrimazole sensitive bacteria. For the reliable elimination of infections positively diagnosed as due toTrichomonas vaginitis, an oral rtichomonacide must be additionally prescribed by the doctor.
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
The vaginal tab. should be inserted as deeply as possible into the vagina in the evening (see section Instructions for use I Handling). Insertion is best achieved when lying back with the legs slightly drawn up.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to Clotrimazole, Hypersensitivity to any other component Particular caution should be exercised in the case of vaginal use in the first three months of pregnancy.
SPECIAL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
Dymzol vaginal Tablet may reduce the effectiveness and safety of latex products such as condoms and diaphragms. The effect is temporary and occurs only during treatment
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:
While controlled clinical studies in pregnant women do not exist epidemiological investigations give no indication that harmful effects on the mother and child should be anticipated when Dymzol is used during pregnancy. However, as with all drugs in the first months of pregnancy, Dymzol should only be used after first consulting a doctor. Sanitation of the birth canal should be ensured particularly during the last 4-6 weeks of pregnancy. During pregnancy the treatment should be carried out with Dymzol vaginal tablets, since these can be inserted without using an applicator.

Body as a whole: allergic reaction (syncope, hypotension, dyspnoea. Gastrointestinal disorders), pain, pruritus, rash.
