Inhalation Recipes
A quick and easy way to enjoy a special fragrance is to place a few drops of Essential Oil on a handkerchief, cotton ball or corner of a pillowcase before bed.


Steam InhalationTraveller's Oils
Boil 2 to 4 cups of water, cool for 1
minute and add 8 drops of
Sandalwood or 4 drops of
Eucalyptus. Tent your head with a
towel and, keeping eyes closed,
inhale for 1 to 3 minutes.
Add 2 drops of your favorite Essential
Oil to some cotton balls, and then
place them in a resalable plastic bag.
Use Lavender to keep cool and calm
in traffic jams, Basil to stay alert, or
Peppermint to calm a troubled
tummy.
