Brief Prescribing Information:
 Composition: Lodopin contains amlodipine (besylate) 2.5mg/tablet, 5mg/tablet and 10mg/tablet. Lodopin is a long-acting calcium channel blocker, which belongs to dihydropyridine group.

 Indications: 
Hypertension, stable angina and vasospastic angina.

 Dosage:
Usual dose in both hypertension and angina is 5mg to 10mg daily. No dose adjustment is required when co-administering with beta-blockers, thiazide diuretics and ACE-inhibitors.

 Contraindications:
Known hypersensitivity to amlodipine or other dihydropyridines. Precautions: Exercise caution when administering Lodopin with any other peripheral vasodilator particularly in patients with severe aortic stenosis.

Warnings:
Safety in human pregnancy and lactation is not established. Patients with renal impairment, hepatic impairment and elderly patients should receive reduced initial dose. Adverse effects: Lodopin is generally well tolerated, the most common side effects are headache, edema, fatigue, somnolence, nausea, abdominal pain, flushing, palpitations and dizziness. Presentation: Lodopin 2.5mg (2x10's tablets) Lodopin 5mg (2x10's tablets) and Lodopin 10mg (2x10's tablets).
